Meet Geraint Lewis, Managing Director of Call of the Wild.
Call of the Wild located in Seven Sisters, just on the outskirts of the Bannau Brycheiniog National Park. It’s an independently owned company that provides professional leadership and management development programmes to businesses and organisations across the UK. Want to know what makes them unique? Their classroom is the outside world!
Continue reading to find out more about Call of the Wild, and why Geraint decided that the countryside of Neath Port Talbot was the perfect place for people to unwind.
“Call of the Wild has been here in Seven Sisters for 25 years, and we absolutely love the area. Neath Port Talbot is so unique in that you have the mountains in one direction, and the coast in another, so there really is an environment for everyone.
We love to use the outdoors where we can, referring to it as our ‘green classroom’, and we also have a 70-acre training centre which has the most stunning surroundings.
At Call of the Wild, we work with everybody – from senior management groups and school residentials to some challenging behaviour groups. We find that some of the most creative ideas and breakthroughs come out when you’re completely disconnected and enjoying the outside world. Everyone should take their friends or colleagues out of the office now and again to embrace nature – it’s so refreshing!
When you’re not confined within an office or a classroom, I find that you can think much more clearly. What better place than Neath Port Talbot to unwind your mind?”
